1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any service provided through yuk001.org, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 21 years of age;
• Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• Accept that these Terms may be amended by yuk001 at any time, with or without prior notice, and that continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms;
• Are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• Are not resident in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where accessing this platform would violate applicable local law.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To create and maintain a valid account on yuk001, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) aged 21 years or older;
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information, including your legal name as it appears on your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport;
• You must not already hold an existing account with yuk001. Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted;
• You must not be a current or former employee of yuk001, its affiliates, game providers, or payment processing partners, nor a close family member of any such person;
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from yuk001 or any affiliated platform.

yuk001 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All accounts are subject to identity verification before withdrawals are approved. Documents typically required include a government-issued photo ID (Bangladesh NID or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request will result in that request being placed on hold until verification is completed.

3 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yuk001 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. yuk001 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

• You must notify yuk001 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party;
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity;
• You must not allow any other person — including family members — to use your account or make transactions on your behalf;
• You acknowledge that yuk001 may temporarily lock your account as a precautionary security measure pending investigation of any suspicious activity;
• Accounts showing evidence of unauthorised third-party access, fraudulent deposits, or use by a minor will be suspended immediately and all balances held pending investigation.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on yuk001 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, and major Bangladeshi debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your yuk001 wallet within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from your payment provider. yuk001 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply standard mobile financial service charges.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have previously been used for a deposit on the same account;
• yuk001 does not accept third-party deposits or withdrawals — the name on the payment account must match the registered name on the yuk001 account;
• Any funds deposited in error must be reported to [email protected] within 24 hours. yuk001 is not obligated to return funds where a delay in reporting is unreasonable;
• yuk001 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
• Any attempt to use the yuk001 platform as a payment processing or fund transfer mechanism — without genuine gaming activity — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out below. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yuk001 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of enjoyment.

yuk001 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously or free from technical interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability, and yuk001 shall not be liable for any losses incurred during such periods.

yuk001's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

yuk001 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Where a complaint relates to a certified game outcome determined by a third-party RNG, the provider's independently verified technical logs shall constitute conclusive evidence of the outcome.

yuk001 makes no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate or lawful in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. yuk001 shall not be held responsible for any breach of local law by a player arising from their use of the platform.

13 Amendments to These Terms

yuk001 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 14 Severability and Entire Agreement
